As the name implies, the Dulany at the Gondola condominiums sit about 50 yards from the Steamboat Gondola. You can practically ski right up to the building. It’s also convenient if some of your party will be in ski school, as the ski school meeting location is just a short walk away. And it’s steps away from the shops and restaurants of Gondola Square. The Dulany includes covered parking, two community hot tubs, and wireless internet. Each condo has a gas fireplace, private deck or patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. Onsite amenities include a nice outdoor heated pool area with hot tubs and a fire pit, fitness center and steam room. All condos except studio units have an in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony.

The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away.
