The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. Guests will enjoy outstanding craftsmanship, quality finishes, upscale appliances and designer decor. Private guest shuttle to skiing, shopping and entertainment (ski season), outdoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise amenities area, in-unit washer and dryer.

With their prime upslope location, the Storm Meadows Club Condominiums maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. This quiet setting offers access trails to the nearby slopes. The Club has a complete fitness facility with seasonal outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and weight room. Winter season shuttles to the Gondola, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs are offered.

Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.
