While The Olympian is unique for its architectural integrity and its prime downtown location, a few features make it stand out from any other property in town. These large and spacious units average more than 1,600 square feet in size, with balconies overlooking the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. The Olympian features mountain contemporary interiors, including granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances and exposed timber. The exterior combines brick and stone elements. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The Pines Condominiums are situated in the heart of the Pine Grove neighborhood, between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. These residential condominiums are located within walking distance of two shopping areas that include restaurants, food markets, ski and sporting goods shops, and video rental outlets.
