The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Elkstone Chalet is a delightful and luxurious townhome located close to the ski mountain village. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.

Nestled high alongside beautiful Mt. Werner, the Scandinavian Lodge Condominiums offer easy access (100 yard walk) to the Steamboat Ski Area at a point several hundred feet above the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. A quick, complimentary, winter-only shuttle whisks you from Scandinavian Lodge directly to the Thunderhead chairlift, which transports you straight to the same mid-mountain location accessed by the gondola. Scandinavian Lodge guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, perfect for hard-earned relaxation after a day on the slopes. Additional complimentary wintertime shuttle service is available to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs, for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Please note that the Scandinavian Lodge complex has a comprehensive no-smoking policy that includes decks, patios, parking lot, common area around the pool, etc. Smokers can partake in their vehicles with windows closed only.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Blackstone Lodge is located in a spectacular private mountain neighborhood that offers the benefit of being close to both the ski area and downtown. This newly built home offers incredible views and luxury amenities throughout. This beautiful home allows you to enjoy vivid sunset views to the west while overlooking Fish Creek and up to Buffalo Pass. With a modern western feel that is fully captured in the design of this stunning 4 bedroom, loft home, Blackstone Lodge will delight any traveler. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. There is a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.
