The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs, a rec room offers another great place to hang out, with games table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, mini-fridge and dishwasher. A large washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The bottom level of this townhome includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two twin bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms access a beautiful covered patio with private hot tub.

The Pines Condominiums are situated in the heart of the Pine Grove neighborhood, between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. These residential condominiums are located within walking distance of two shopping areas that include restaurants, food markets, ski and sporting goods shops, and video rental outlets. Each condo has a fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The property has a seasonal community hot tub.

The Ponderosa Lodge sits just under the Steamboat Gondola, high above the valley floor and takes its name from the grand Ponderosa Pine tree in the front yard. On three levels with over 6,000 square feet, this beautiful log home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and incredible views of the entire valley. The master suite is on this level with a king bed and its own gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and an office with a pull-out queen bed on the main level. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bath. The lower level features another living area with its own gas fireplace, large TV, bar with refrigerator, and a closet full of games. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own gas fireplace. Off of this bedroom is a small windowless room with a crib and changing table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin bed. Every window has majestic views and the extensive south-facing decks feature plenty of deck furniture and a private hot tub (hot tub is available during summer months only).
