The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Located steps from the Steamboat Gondola at the base of the ski area, the new Haus is the perfect way to start and finish your days ripping Steamboat’s signature “Champagne Powder™ Snow” and world-class tree skiing through perfectly spaced Aspen groves, or take a break and enjoy a soak in a hot springs-fed pool located just a few miles from the hotel. Situated on the base of the mountain adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort base, slopes are as close to your door as possible. Recharge and hang your hat in the stylish and comfortable confines of the guest rooms. Flexible with several unique configurations (including bunk beds), rooms are perfect for families, groups, and friends traveling together.

Located alongside the Right-O-Way beginner ski trail, this warm and inviting 1,800 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3 bath townhome provides easy access on and off the mountain. The central focus in the open plan living area is the wood-burning fireplace. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and a large flat screen TV makes it the perfect place to relax or talk about the adventures of the day. The chalet comes with everything you will need, including, washer/dryer, plush bath towels and robes, wireless internet and cable TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter. Throughout the year, you can use the community pool, hot tubs and gym.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Emerald Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing guests enjoy spectacular views and convenience to the Steamboat Mountain Resort, just 2 blocks away. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.
