The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Located steps from the Steamboat Gondola at the base of the ski area, the new Haus is the perfect way to start and finish your days ripping Steamboat’s signature “Champagne Powder™ Snow” and world-class tree skiing through perfectly spaced Aspen groves, or take a break and enjoy a soak in a hot springs-fed pool located just a few miles from the hotel. Situated on the base of the mountain adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort base, slopes are as close to your door as possible. Recharge and hang your hat in the stylish and comfortable confines of the guest rooms. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The Villa at Steamboat is a luxury mountain home (half of a duplex) located between the Sheraton Golf Course and Steamboat Ski Area. Perfect for winter or summer vacations, the Villa is well suited for large groups providing privacy and comfort.

Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. Guests will enjoy outstanding craftsmanship, quality finishes, upscale appliances and designer decor. Private guest shuttle to skiing, shopping and entertainment (ski season), outdoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise amenities area, in-unit washer and dryer.

Canyon Creek at EagleRidge is located just one block from the shops and restaurant of Gondola Square. On-site amenities are great, with a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and heated underground parking garage. Each condo has a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.

Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.
