This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to the wine cellar and a covered deck with hot tub. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas.

Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.
