The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Blackstone Lodge is located in a spectacular private mountain neighborhood that offers the benefit of being close to both the ski area and downtown. This newly built home offers incredible views and luxury amenities throughout. This beautiful home allows you to enjoy vivid sunset views to the west while overlooking Fish Creek and up to Buffalo Pass. With a modern western feel that is fully captured in the design of this stunning 4 bedroom, loft home, Blackstone Lodge will delight any traveler. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. There is a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

The Peaks Grande Chalet offers premier comfort and privacy just a short walk from the heart of the Steamboat Ski village. For large groups seeking a home-away-from-home atmosphere with a close connection to the mountain village, this lodge is unrivalled. The exceptional Peaks Grande Chalet combines Sunshine Peak and Storm Peak Chalets and offers a location close to the Steamboat mountain village, the comforts and privacy of a home and amenities that make it enjoyable to stay here. The intimate great rooms allow you to gather and relax while taking in your surroundings before the gas fireplace. Peaks Grande Chalet offers 8 bedrooms with bedding options to sleep up to 23 guests. The master bedrooms have a king bed and a large ensuite private bathroom. The guest masters, also with private bath, offer a queen bed and a split-king bed respectively . Each home offers a bunk rooms with multiple beds. The fourth bedroom offers the option of a king or two twin beds and two double beds. The media room in each home has a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms include flat screen TV's, and smart TVs are in the great room, media room and two guest suites with Wifi. Sunshine Peak also offers an optional roll-away twin bed and a pack 'n play. The hot tubs on the outdoor decks are the ideal place to soak away your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie or play games on the Wii in the media room. The in-home Sonos audio system in Sunshine Peak provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an I-phone or I-pad throughout. Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.

Emerald Vista is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home that sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain. It’s located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski Resort, offering easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. This incredibly comfortable home boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and modern finishes mixed with mountain elements and inviting living spaces. Upstairs on the main level, the lovely sunlit great room offers a nice flow. Views from the living room take in iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need. In the dining area the horn chandelier adds a fun touch of western style and a nice centerpiece over the dining table which can seat up to eight. Glass doors lead out to the deck and back yard.
