These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Get away from it all up at The West Condominiums; this mountaintop retreat is located right above the Steamboat Mountain Village, offering a private hillside location with spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley. The Mountain Village is just a short stroll away by an access path, leading you down to the Gondola, shops and restaurants in the base area. Guests at The West resort have access to a seasonal outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness facility.

Nestled high alongside beautiful Mt. Werner, the Scandinavian Lodge Condominiums offer easy access (100 yard walk) to the Steamboat Ski Area at a point several hundred feet above the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. A quick, complimentary, winter-only shuttle whisks you from Scandinavian Lodge directly to the Thunderhead chairlift, which transports you straight to the same mid-mountain location accessed by the gondola. Chalet Couloir (pronounced “koo-lwar”) is a beautifully renovated home with loads of natural light, stylish furnishings, and gorgeous views from the ski mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. A striking chandelier hangs like a piece of suspended art over the dining table that seats 10. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or to chat with the chef at work.

Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.
