The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

While The Olympian is unique for its architectural integrity and its prime downtown location, a few features make it stand out from any other property in town. These large and spacious units average more than 1,600 square feet in size, with balconies overlooking the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. The Olympian features mountain contemporary interiors, including granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances and exposed timber. The exterior combines brick and stone elements. There is a common inner courtyard for a quick retreat or you can cross the street for a relaxing stroll next to the Yampa River. A quick, complimentary, winter-only shuttle whisks you from Scandinavian Lodge directly to the Thunderhead chairlift, which transports you straight to the same mid-mountain location accessed by the gondola. Scandinavian Lodge guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, perfect for hard-earned relaxation after a day on the slopes. Additional complimentary wintertime shuttle service is available to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs, for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Please note that the Scandinavian Lodge complex has a comprehensive no-smoking policy that includes decks, patios, parking lot, common area around the pool, etc. Smokers can partake in their vehicles with windows closed only.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer spacious and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun. There is also an on-site hot tub to relax your tired muscles after a long day on the slopes. It is just a short walk to the slopes and free city bus stop.
