The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Perched high above the valley, Watchtower Chalet offers breathtaking views. This newly remodeled haven stuns with its warm, inviting ambiance. Striking brass hardware, light wood features, and earthy, soft grays, browns and cream colors throughout the residence exude warmth. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Gather in front of the towering fireplace or soak in the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is a large island with bar seating for 6. The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Urban aesthetics with mountain views. District House is a modern townhome tucked into a new neighborhood that is conveniently located to both downtown Steamboat and the ski area. This 4-bedroom, 4-level residence is filled with natural light and modern amenities and is topped off with a fabulous rooftop deck. From the deck, you have beautiful views looking down the valley from one side and straight up the ski mountain from the other. Settle into the outdoor seating around the fire table, step into the hot tub to soothe your muscles, or enjoy sitting at the outdoor dining table with the patio heater to immerse yourself in the scenery.

The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies.
