The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Whether relaxing in front of the fire as snowflakes drift lazily down or enjoying the views of the night skiing going by the house, your stay in this home will be memorable. Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.

The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes its name from its pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four-level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. On the third level is another bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed. The lower level features contains another large living area with its own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
