Great Location
The Grand Summit is in an absolutely perfect location, with several lifts easily accessible and the ability to ski to the back door at the end of the day. My only minor complaint is the rule they have about purchasing a beer to take out to the hot tub - they require that you buy food, too. I'm guessing this is a Utah thing. Trivial complaint, though, since there is a beer/liquor store within easy walking distance. Three outdoor hot tubs ensures that there should always be room for one more person to squeeze in. The breakfast buffet was good, if a bit overpriced at $28, which really isn't out of line for a ski resort., and there are several restaurants in the village to choose from for dinner.

Accommodating and convenient!
Great staff and great accommodations. We initially had a room with a noisy neighbor - they were able to switch our room immediately with no questions asked!

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the accommodations! We rented a 1 bedroom condo and it surpassed our expectations! Very nice place with friendly staff. We will definitely come back to this resort.

Very convenient location at the entry of Park City coming from SLC airport, just in front of the lifts. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable but the rooms maybe need a renewal.

The perfect location for your effortless vacation
If you enjoy being steps away from lift access and restaurants and prefer a full service hotel, the Grand Summit is the place for you. The Grand Summit is centrally located at the base of Park City in Canyons Village so getting around is effortless. And if you prefer not to leave your hotel (other than to ski of course), this might be the best match for you. The hotel features onsite dining options, a large pool, hot tubs, a spa and health club, children's daycare, and ski storage. Rooms range from studios to three bedrooms so this could be perfect for a romantic getaway or for a larger family.
