Black Rock Ridge Townhomes

A short five minute drive brings you into the town of Park City and its historic Main Street from these spacious townhomes. Also within just minutes, you can find yourself on the ski slopes of Park City or Deer Valley, or in the summertime, you can easily access nearby championship golf courses, boating or fishing on reservoirs or rivers. 14th Street Townhomes

Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).

Timber Wolf Lodge

The Timber Wolf Lodge condominiums are located one mile from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, three miles from downtown Park City, and two miles from I-80 and the Redstone shopping complex. Lodge-style construction and upscale furnishings make these an ideal getaway in the mountains. The complex offers two separate outdoor hot tubs. There is a shuttle stop within a few blocks, or if you have your own vehicle, there is underground parking for one vehicle per unit, as well as outside parking for large vehicles and overflow.

Fairway Village

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Blackstone Residences

The Residences at Blackstone is a luxury townhome development located at the base of the Canyons Village area at Park City Mountain. The property is located just off the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course. It is a block away from the Cabriolet, providing quick access to base area lifts, restaurants, shops, and more.
