Two outdoor relaxing pools and one outdoor spa are available for guests to enjoy, as is a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and underground parking for one vehicle per unit. Besides its ideal location, the Snow Flower is close to the shuttle stop that offers service to all Park City resorts. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

The Windrift Condominiums are located just minutes from Park City’s three world class resorts. Located in a quiet tree-lined Park City residential area with a nearby mountain stream, Windrift condominiums are the perfect location for your winter getaway to Park City Utah. Crescent Ridge Condominiums offer privacy in a secluded, beautiful mountain setting. The complex sits in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City, approximately one half mile from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Condominiums provide garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. You are walking distance to the free shuttle, but a car is recommended due to the steep hillside access.
