Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

Enjoy great outdoor space a large deck with expansive views of Park City, dinning table, gas fire to enjoy the evenings, chef's gas grill, and a wonderful private hot tub. The living room features a brick encased fireplace and modern decor with a sectional sofa and flat screen TV. In the kitchen, enjoy everything you might need to create a delicious meal and enjoy it around the dining table which seats up to six. Upstairs from the living space, the master bedroom occupies its own level featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Staying on Deer Valley Drive is the most sought -after lodging location in the city! Unit B, at 365 DV Drive boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people. Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. Also on this floor is the private theatre room which seats seven comfortably in oversized theatre chairs. Heading up to the third floor will access 3 additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single queen. Also on this floor is a full bath and gaming space on an open balcony overseeing the main living space down below where a foosball table and poker table provide great all-day entertainment! The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the 4th floor, oversized tub, wall mounted television set and seating area and deck with views overseeing Deer Valley Drive. While this deck is completely enclosed and keeps out extreme weather, it is not heated. Overall, this mountain contemporary property is excellent for multiple families, with or without children, providing great community space and separation space when needed. Park your car indoors, hit the bus stop directly across the street to the winter slopes at Deer Valley or the summer outdoor concert series. Walk a brief 7 minutes on shoveled sidewalks to the hustle and bustle of Park City to visit its many attractions or meet your friends at a local watering hole to share your daily experiences!

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.
