The central location offers prime ski access via the Town Lift (five minute walk or complimentary trolly ride) and with Main Street (Old Town) just downstairs and out the door you have restaurants, shopping, galleries, entertainment and more at your doorstep.

Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home in is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of the Old Town area and surrounding mountain tops. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways down to Main Street. Within a two minute walk you'll be on Main Street, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City, including the very popular High West Distillery. This home is on 3 levels with the main living space on the middle level. There’s a private back deck with a gas grill, a laundry room, and a 1-car garage.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift and a half mile from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system. Some units have private hot tubs and wireless internet access.
