Situated about 300 yards from the Waldorf Gondola at the base of Canyons Village, Fairway Springs is a wonderful property for guests looking for spacious living areas. Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

The Windrift Condominiums are located just minutes from Park City’s three world class resorts. Located in a quiet tree-lined Park City residential area with a nearby mountain stream, Windrift condominiums are the perfect location for your winter getaway to Park City Utah. Additionally, the Park City bus will stop near local Park City grocery stores, the state liquor store, Main Street – which offers a variety of shopping and dining options, the Tanger Shopping Outlet near Kimball Junction and the Red Stone Shopping area.
