The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

This home is modern and sleek and contemporary. Floor to ceiling windows lets in lots of sun and offers incredible mountain views. Walk right down the street to jump on ‘Quittin‘ Time’, a Park City Mountain Resort ski run and ski down to the Town Lift. Luxurious outdoor Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room. This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children.
