This gorgeous Old Town private home is the perfect location for your next ski vacation. With access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort just 200 yards from the front door and Main Street within a short walking distance, you will never be hard-pressed for things to do. When you decide that it’s time for an evening in, this home will not disappoint. Abode at Quit’ n Time was built with the finest finishes and luxury accessories. From the heated driveway to the kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, there were no corners cut in this home. The great room will undoubtedly be the social headquarters for your vacation. The kitchen is furnished with beautiful dark cabinetry and granite counter tops. The living room has a gas fireplace and 42? HDTV. There is seating for six at the dining room table with four more places at the kitchen bar. Just outside on the small deck is a gas BBQ that runs on natural gas so you’ll never run out of fuel.

The Cove at Park Meadows is one of the most picturesque locations in Park City. Located adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course and about three miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, The Cove boasts views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
