1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Located in Canyons Village, The Ridge is modern vacation rental that is near Canyons Village, which plays host to many things besides skiing. Boutique shopping, cafes and more are right around the corner and within a short walk. With accommodations for up to 13 in four bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for large groups or multiple families to stay together here. Kids will love the basement bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (one twin over full, one twin over twin) and large, attached bathroom. The first guest room, located on the second level just off the dining room, has a cozy queen bed and shared bathroom, while the second guest room on the top floor offers a king bed and private attached bath. The main bedroom, located on the top floor, boasts a king bed with luxury bedding, gas fireplace, attached deck and a spacious en suite bathroom. Drop your gear in the mud room on the main level as you enter, before dropping yourself onto the comfortable sofa in the TV room, or take a dip in the private, year-round hot tub right outside your door. The sofa sleeper in the TV room with an adjoining bathroom means that extra guests can enjoy their privacy in the evenings, while the kids have somewhere out of the way to play during the day. The kitchen, dining and living room offer an open floor plan on the second level of the house, with a massive flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a natural stone fireplace, making it the perfect place for family and friends to gather after an adventure-filled day. It’s easy to spend the night in at the Ridge - the kitchen’s high-end appliances, solid oak cabinetry and gorgeous quartz countertops make cooking a family meal a delight. The farmhouse style dining table comfortably seats up to ten, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island.
