The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home in is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of the Old Town area and surrounding mountain tops. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways down to Main Street.
