The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. This is second unit in a two family duplex with Private entrance, Hot Tub, and great views. Just minutes from the action. This beautifully furnished mountain rental has every thing you want in a stay at Green Mountains. Nestled in a great location, close to two large ski resorts (Killington and Pico) and the area’s well known nightlife and ski activities. The Green Mountain Golf Course, several ponds and the Appalachian Mountain Trail less than a mile away! The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. The Wobbly Cabin is a charming wood beam home located in the heart of Killington, Vermont and the perfect place to get your mountain fix! This 2 BR / 1.5 BA property is located just off the main road and 5 minutes to the slopes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar area with wine fridge, gas fireplace, living room with streaming TV, two downstairs bedrooms and a back deck with grill, you'll have everything you need for your holiday here. The house sleeps up to six guests in a queen bedroom and king bedroom with bunk bed. We love the uniqueness of this property so much and are sure you will too.

The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. The roomy three upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms as well while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with games. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). Smart TVs and high-speed Internet throughout! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and with all the amenities you may never want to leave!

The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area.
