This welcoming three-bedroom/three-bathroom townhouse easily accommodates up to eight people, making it the perfect home base for a vacation with your family or friends. The main entry level of the house features an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. From the oversized, relaxed furniture in the living room, in every season, you can gaze out the sloping skylight glass windows to glorious Bear Mountain or curl up with a book in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV with surround sound, all streaming services, and a Wii for family gaming meet your needs for modern entertainment. A large dining room table seats eight, and sliders behind it open to the deck and gas grill. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen or perch at the breakfast bar to chat with the chef. You will also find a queen bedroom and a newly renovated full bath on the first floor. On the upper level of this unique home are a large main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a bonus den/tv room with a queen pull-out memory foam sofa bed. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed, a second with two twin beds, a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and a large full bathroom with a sauna.

Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. This beautiful top floor condo is located right next to Killington Resort and offers ski home access during the peak ski season. As you enter the spacious condo, you'll find a large mudroom with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor.
