Located just off the main road and less than one mile to the slopes, this townhome is the perfect place for your family or group to enjoy all that Killington has to offer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, fall foliage and so much more. You're close to everything while still being nestled in the woods for an idyllic setting for your holiday. This is second unit in a two family duplex with Private entrance, Hot Tub, and great views. Just minutes from the action. This beautifully furnished mountain rental has every thing you want in a stay at Green Mountains. Nestled in a great location, close to two large ski resorts (Killington and Pico) and the area’s well known nightlife and ski activities. The Green Mountain Golf Course, several ponds and the Appalachian Mountain Trail less than a mile away! The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. Includes a digital control panel for jets, temperature and lighting, an adjustable waterfall, underwater, multi-color LED light.

This three bedroom, two bathroom ski condo is located at Sunrise Mountain in Killington. You'll walk in to a two-floor, loft style condo with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the primary bedroom, bathroom and bunk room. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services and fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season.

Sunrise – Bear Ridge C4 sits near the top of Killington's Sunrise Mountain. You can't get closer to the slopes than this ski-in/ski-out home! This two-level townhouse sleeps ten with four bedrooms and three full baths and is perfect for a ski party vacation with your closest friends. After you enter on a middle landing – you have your choice of the upper or lower levels. Head on up, the main living spaces in this vacation house rental in Killington are on the upper floor, with some amazing views! This property has high-speed internet (1GB) — the fastest internet speed available in the area. Perfect for streaming, video calling, browsing, etc.

The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. The roomy three upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms as well while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with games. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). Smart TVs and high-speed Internet throughout! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and with all the amenities you may never want to leave!
