Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

This is second unit in a two family duplex with Private entrance, Hot Tub, and great views. Just minutes from the action. This beautifully furnished mountain rental has every thing you want in a stay at Green Mountains. Nestled in a great location, close to two large ski resorts (Killington and Pico) and the area’s well known nightlife and ski activities. The Green Mountain Golf Course, several ponds and the Appalachian Mountain Trail less than a mile away! The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. Includes a digital control panel for jets, temperature and lighting, an adjustable waterfall, underwater, multi-color LED light.

This well-maintained three floor, three bedroom, three bathroom condo just off the main Killington road is the perfect place to gather your entire group without feeling like you're on top of each other. Enter through the large mudroom and you'll find the main floor featuring a vaulted-ceiling living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with countertop, dining area, balcony, and full bathroom. Head upstairs to the two main bedrooms and full bathroom. Go downstairs to the lower level and you'll find another sleeping area with two twin beds, a large sectional, flat screen TV and bar top seating for six. Sleeping up to eight people, there's plenty of space for the kids to hang out downstairs while the grownups have a drink by the fire upstairs or catch the game on multiple TVs. It's the perfect condo for everyone!

The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. The roomy three upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms as well while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with games. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area.
