These townhomes feature shared underground parking, fully equipped kitchens, private outdoor hot tubs on the deck, private washer & dryer, fireplace and complimentary wireless internet. The Signature Collection's complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, is offered during the ski season.

This gorgeous, beautifully remodeled Deer Valley Pinnacle Condo has it all. Whether you’d like to stay in at night and cook in the gourmet kitchen or dine in one of the many fine restaurants on Main Street in Historic Old Town or Deer Valley itself, this Pinnacle Condo is in the perfect location. A free shuttle drives by throughout the day to take you to and from the Snowpark Lodge, where the kids can take group ski lessons, or go to the childcare. This stellar location is also just a short drive to the Park City Mountain Resort or The Canyons, if members of the family are snow boarders. This private lodge sits in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Lower Deer Valley, a 5-minute drive from the base of Deer Valley Resort and just 7 minutes from Main Street Park City. Ideal for groups, the sprawling, three-level home sleeps up to 18 guests with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with panoramic mountain views from multiple outdoor decks and windows throughout the house. Defined by timber columns, hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings, the home evokes the feeling of a classic mountain lodge.

Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location, ¼ of a mile down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park City's Main Street is just a short bus ride away as well. The wonderful views of the Deer Valley Resort ponds make Aspenwood Townhomes a great getaway for the entire family. With private hot tubs, they allow for secluded relaxation after a day of skiing.

This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.
