Gold Flake Lodge Home

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. The additional game room walks out to the deck and has a second living area with cozy couches and a designer billiards table for a little friendly competition. Surrounding the home are multiple deck spaces that offer the perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain ranges. If you’d like to soak blissfully while appreciating the views, there is also a private outdoor hot tub on the back deck.

Sundara Place is a lovely, peaceful 3,025 square foot home with everything you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Relax in the living room where floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive views of mountains that are simply breathtaking. Even when it is cold and snowing outside, you will be cozy and warm inside with in-floor radiant heating throughout. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making this house perfect for entertaining. On the top level of the house is the perfect secluded master bedroom retreat. After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Royal Tiger Retreat

Royal Tiger Retreat is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that sleeps 6 in the Weisshorn community of Breckenridge—adjacent to the historic district. This property provides quick ski access with the BreckConnect Gondola and Peak 8 nearby. Cypress Mountain Chalet

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Garage parking for one car is available; there is a ping-pong table for après-ski family competitions, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
