Ski.com’s Epic Dream Job – Courchevel, France

Off Piste Skiing and Lunch

Take Whistler, Mammoth, Squaw, Jackson Hole, and then throw in Vail and maybe Killington and Breckenridge, and you’d still have room left over in Trois Vallées’ (Three Valleys) 370 miles of ski terrain, which Courchevel is a part of. With infinite terrain and the most sophisticated interconnected lift system in Europe, you could spend a lifetime exploring the limitless peaks and valleys, sampling all the delicious food at the fine French restaurants, and cruising through tiny villages without ever having to take off your skis.

Jackson Lebsack completed the Europe leg of his journey in Courchevel, Stop 5 of Ski.com’s Epic Dream Job. After eating his way through France and creating unforgettable memories like paragliding over the French Alps and skiing off-piste, it is safe to say he will be returning.

Jackson’s List of the Best Things About Courchevel:

  1. Time in the air in a helicopter and paragliding over the French Alps
  2. Hiking and skiing off-piste followed by a lunch in the backcountry

  3.  The spa at Hotel Annapura
  4.  Dinner at a Japanese restaurant, Koori

  5. Meeting up with Tarvel & Leisure journalist, Stacey Leasce
