Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

It is an ideal Big Sky base for endless alpine adventures. From the open plan living area and kitchen through to the two spacious bedrooms, the warm interiors create the feel of a true ski cabin with mountain décor, handmade cabinets, and alpine artifacts. This 880 sq ft cabin is an ideal base for families and groups of friends and easily accommodates six guests in an en-suite master, bunk room with custom log beds and a sofa bed.

The luxurious Latigo Lodge is complete with 6 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate all members of your group. In the winter months, enjoy direct ski-in/out access to Big Sky Resort and in the summer, forge the trails at Yellowstone for an unforgettable adventure. you'll find all the comforts of home, with a wood-burning fireplace and a home theater. With convenient ski in/ski out access to all of Big Sky Resort's terrain, these spacious suites are perfect for the skiers and boarders in your group, although they can be enjoyed year-round. The Cowboy Heaven Luxury Suites enjoy incredible alpine views and luxury appointments that will make them a favorite home away from home. An ideal choice for family and friends, the suites each offer a private deck with a hot tub. For your convenience, there is a one car garage designated for your suite as well as a private laundry room. An optional guest membership fee will also give you access to the outdoor pool at the private Moonlight club.

Marrying modern architecture with a cozy mountain-home atmosphere, Tanager House is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath Silvertip cabin offering a light-filled, wood-and-glass escape with sweeping views of the surrounding Madison Mountain Range, including Lone Peak and the Spanish Peaks. With direct access to a groomed, novice-friendly ski trail, which takes you directly to the Madison Base Area and Six-Shooter high-speed chairlift, Tanager House is ideal for skiers of all levels. In the summer, explore hiking and mountain-biking trails at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Built in 2015 and named by Architectural Digest among the world’s “9 Most Beautiful Hotel Cabins,” the Silvertip enclave is a collection of unique luxury ski cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood beams, mixed stone-and-wood facades, and angular mid-century inspired silhouettes. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. A glass door leads to a private deck with expansive views, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and private hot tub. The picturesque sunset views are truly unforgettable. The home has a laundry room and one-car garage with customized storage for your skiing/snowboarding/biking equipment in addition to your vehicle, so you can easily explore surrounding areas, including the Meadow Village and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that if you opt to pay the guest fee, you can access the private Moonlight Basin Club, and its gracious amenities.

Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, the Moonlight Mountain Home at 7 Mountain Home Road is a 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home designed with easy winter ski access in mind. Summertime means outdoor living with spacious decks, a private outdoor hot tub, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound – not to mention direct ski in/ski out access to Big Sky Resort. The home offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom has a private bath. The master bedroom also has a gas fireplace. The crew will also love to gather around the TV and Wii gaming console in the loft, which also has a private bath, Additional sleeping room is available on the two twin beds with trundles in the loft. A separate living room is equipped with a SmartTV, BluRay player, and a wood-burning fireplace. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage. Guests of 7 Mountain Home can enjoy access to the private Moonlight Club for an additional fee, which includes a fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub.
