Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

Conveniently located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Winter Park, these three-level townhomes offer well-appointed, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Other luxurious in-unit amenities include gas fireplace, a private balcony with mountain views, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, a washer/dryer and private outdoor hot tub. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is located approximately a mile away on the street. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams to complement the open floor plan. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. The oversized full kitchen has updated appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. The one bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom in the main hallway.

After a day of outdoor adventure, come home to relax on the large, comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounded by the luxury of the great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV with sound bar. This 3,200 square foot, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home is spread over three floors, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private decks, and a pool table on the lower level of the home.
