Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

On the main level is an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling throughout. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth and true mountain getaway. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.
