Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

This 3,200 square foot, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home is spread over three floors, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private decks, and a pool table on the lower level of the home.

Imagine a cozy cabin in the woods but close to town with modern amenities for your next stay. This is a lovely cabin that will sleep 8 comfortably and is set on a large acre lot, only a short 3-minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other's company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.

Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.
