The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

These deluxe town homes are located just across the street from the ski area. Each town home is unique. All offer kitchen and fireplace and most have private hot tubs, washer / dryer and high-speed internet.

Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.

A true log cabin getaway in this three-level home! Located in Fraser, this wonderful family rental offers a feeling of seclusion and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is located approximately a mile away on the street. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams to complement the open floor plan. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. The oversized full kitchen has updated appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. The one bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom in the main hallway.
