Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

This beautiful, remodeled 3 bedroom offers 2 interior levels on the second floor of the building for a bit more peace and quiet and easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries. The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is near the main entrance. Ideal family condo that sleeps 9 - situated alongside the Fraser River providing access to hiking/mountain bike trail in the warmer months and snowshoe access during the snowy season. The main level has hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, cabinets with easy access to the adjacent dining room. The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

A beautiful pet friendly townhome is in Fraser offering a quieter rental but still close to all the year-round outdoor activities. This spacious and wonderful townhome at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this 3-bedroom unit offers something for everyone and will sleep up to 8 persons with great views and an open floor plan. On the main level is an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling throughout. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth and true mountain getaway. The large private deck is accessible from the main living area and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and spot to share light snacks, morning coffee or evening drinks. A powder room is also on the main landing.

These condominiums feature underground parking and equipment lockers. You will be inspired by the beautiful views of the Continental divide. On site amenities include two indoor common area hot tubs, a coin laundry and an elevator. The lodging will include a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and easy shuttle access.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams to complement the open floor plan. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. The oversized full kitchen has updated appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. The one bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom in the main hallway.
