Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

This large and beautiful home offers outstanding mountain views and a great rental for peace and quiet that will accommodate 8 people. An open floor plan encompasses the living, dining, kitchen areas as well as half bathroom on the main level. The living room offers a very cozy spot to relax on the comfortable sofa to enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and large south facing windows with wonderful mountain views and of the open greenbelt behind the home. Access to the private patio from the living area has BBQ grill and wonderful views to relax after enjoying a day of outdoor adventures. A small alcove for the dining area is close to the kitchen and has seating for up to 6; additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has everything you need – granite countertops, custom wood cabinets and tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the entrance to the home has plenty of space to keep jackets, shoes and small outdoor gear. The full laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

This beautiful, remodeled 3 bedroom offers 2 interior levels on the second floor of the building for a bit more peace and quiet and easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries. The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is near the main entrance. Ideal family condo that sleeps 9 - situated alongside the Fraser River providing access to hiking/mountain bike trail in the warmer months and snowshoe access during the snowy season. The main level has hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, cabinets with easy access to the adjacent dining room. The remodeled full kitchen has a large breakfast bar area, stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the dining area has large table and plenty of chairs to comfortably seat up to 6.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a full-service hotel with 110 rooms, a restaurant, indoor pool and two indoor hot tubs. Accommodations are comfortable and affordable. This spacious and wonderful townhome at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this 3-bedroom unit offers something for everyone and will sleep up to 8 persons with great views and an open floor plan. On the main level is an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling throughout. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth and true mountain getaway. The large private deck is accessible from the main living area and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and spot to share light snacks, morning coffee or evening drinks. A powder room is also on the main landing.
