Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

These deluxe town homes are located just across the street from the ski area. Each town home is unique. All offer kitchen and fireplace and most have private hot tubs, washer / dryer and high-speed internet.

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill. The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

Something for everyone at this 3-bedroom unit, sleeps up to 9 persons with great views, open floor plan and private outdoor hot tub in this wonderful townhome and convenient location at Grand Park. The main level has an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals. The dining area offers large windows with a view and access to the private patio with a small outdoor area to enjoy the fresh air and a private outdoor hot tub. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the comfy sectional sofa or conquer and divide with some games and TV viewing. Around the corner is the half bath on the main landing. There is a full-size sofa sleeper if you need an extra spot for guests to sleep.

After a day of outdoor adventure, come home to relax on the large, comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounded by the luxury of the great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV with sound bar.
