Other amenities include a large deck with gas grill, a deluxe Sonos high-tech sound system on all levels, central air conditioning, and private outdoor six-person hot tub on the covered porch. Garage parking is provided for one vehicle. A ski-in path comes to the top of the driveway and a short walk accesses a ski path to the Elk Highlands lift.

Stiles Chalet is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath single family home adjacent to the Home Again ski run with sleeping for up to twelve people. It includes a full kitchen and dining area with seating for 8, with additional seating at the bar for three. The large split living room features cathedral ceilings and a rock gas fireplace. There is a large deck off the living area with a natural gas BBQ.

Evergreen is a duplex property nestled in the trees of the Tamarack Loop area, adjacent to the Home Again Ski Way. Units feature full kitchens, living rooms with flat screen televisions, and either a deck or patio. Ski and equipment storage is provided in the entryway. A covered walkway leads to the hot tub which is shared with the other units in the complex.
