Whitefish Mountain Resort Lodging

The Sherpa is a five story, ten unit condo complex located on the Big Mountain road near the entrance to the Whitefish Mountain’s main parking lot. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and underground parking, and is just a short walk or shuttle to the lifts.

Sans Souci is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with cathedral ceilings, open wood-beam construction, and attractive decor of pine log furnishings. The home contains many unique Montana touches and is nestled in the quaint village of Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort in scenic Flathead Valley. Part of the Flathead Valley’s charm is its unique collection of diverse villages, communities, and towns. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

The Hibernation House features affordable rooms with either one queen bed with a set of bunks or two queen beds. High speed Internet access is available 24 hours a day in the lobby and a large screen TV is next to the fireplace. Guests enjoy a full hot breakfast in the winter and an array of cold breakfast items in the summer months. The hot tub is located just off the main lobby area and laundry facilities are easily accessed on the second floor. Winter guests have the luxury of skiing right to the door of the hotel, where they can store their skis in the heated ski room. A ski run leading to the lifts is just a short walk down the driveway in front of the hotel. During the summer season, guests may experience the Alpine Slide, Zip Line, mountain bike riding, and hiking with trails for every level of experience. A scenic gondola ride transports guests to Montana's only mountain top restaurant, the Summit House, where views of the peaks of Glacier National Park are spectacular.

Ides Cottage is a two-story single family home located in the Whitefish Mountain Village across the road from the Home Again Ski Way. It is approximately 2,000 square feet, and has wonderful views of the ski runs. There’s a sauna on the upper level and laundry facilities on the lower level along with ski storage. A large deck is located off of the main floor area. Downstairs is a family room with a ping-pong table and gas fireplace.

Mountain House is located in the Winter Lane subdivision near Chair #3 and is a two story duplex with an upper and lower level. Mountain House offers ski-in/walk-out or shuttle out access. Both units at Mountain House have full kitchens, fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. Guests staying at Mountain House also have access to the Sherpa Pool complex which includes two hot tubs and an indoor heated pool.

Grouse Mountain Lodge, located just outside of downtown Whitefish, Montana, is a four-season destination with activities as spectacular as the surrounding scenery. The Lodge offers modern accommodations, Montana hospitality and the convenience of being only steps from downtown Whitefish and a short drive to Glacier National Park. Shopping, nightlife and endless activities bring this little Montana town a unique charm and culture. Kandahar Lodge is located ski-in at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Cross the street in front of Kandahar Lodge to access the Home Again Trail in the morning or take the courtesy van to any location in the village area. The Lodge is a classic mountain lodge in a prime ski-in location. Choose from several room types, all of which have microwaves, small refrigerators, flat screen cable TVs and complimentary Internet access. Studios and kitchen lofts have complete kitchens. The executive suite is a three-bedroom, two bath condominium within the Lodge. Lodge amenities include the beautiful lobby furnished with antiques and featuring a wood-burning river rock fireplace. The fully licensed Snug Bar has a wine list of over 350 labels and a selection of appetizers from Café Kandahar. Award winning Executive Chef Andy Blanton serves thoughtfully constructed cuisine inspired by classic and modern influences. He strives to support local and regional food suppliers. Portions of the menu change nightly and a Chef’s tasting meal is always available paired with fine wines. There is a large outdoor hot tub, steam room, exercise room and massage treatment room. Continental breakfast is included in the price of the rooms. The S.N.O.W. bus stop providing free transfers to/from Whitefish is a short walk from the Lodge. Whitefish is 7 miles from the Resort (15 minutes on the bus) and is an exciting, vibrant town offering a selection of excellent restaurants, unique shopping, a brewery, typical Montana bars, art galleries and museums.

The Edelweiss offers fully furnished studios, one and two bedroom condominiums located in the heart of the Whitefish Mountain Ski and Summer Resort. In the winter, you are just steps away from the slopes. In the summer, the hiking trails of Glacier National Park are less than an hour away. Every Edelweiss unit features a small kitchen and a balcony or patio. Guests of the Edelweiss have use of an indoor hot tub and sauna, as well as the Anapurna Swim Center’s indoor pool located a short distance from the Edelweiss building. Common areas provide coin-operated laundry, and picnic/barbecue facilities.

Kristianna Condos are a short walk from the resort village area. Guests staying at Kristianna will enjoy access to the indoor swimming pool and hot tubs located just a 2-minute walk away at the Sherpa building, as well as a hot tub in the Kristianna Complex during the winter months. Condos include a full kitchen, small deck, and wood stove.

Manchester is a two story duplex located just a short distance from the slopes of Chair # 3. A common entry way provides indoor ski storage. Both units have fully equipped kitchens. The upper unit has approximately 1,000 square feet, the lower unit has approximately 900.
