Both units are attractively decorated and have fully equipped kitchens. These units may be connected to make a six bedroom three bath unit.

The Hibernation House features affordable rooms with either one queen bed with a set of bunks or two queen beds. High speed Internet access is available 24 hours a day in the lobby and a large screen TV is next to the fireplace. Guests enjoy a full hot breakfast in the winter and an array of cold breakfast items in the summer months. The hot tub is located just off the main lobby area and laundry facilities are easily accessed on the second floor. Winter guests have the luxury of skiing right to the door of the hotel, where they can store their skis in the heated ski room. A ski run leading to the lifts is just a short walk down the driveway in front of the hotel. Gray Wolf is made of four units that are just 100 yards from the Home Again Ski Way. Units feature full kitchens, flat screen televisions, and either a private or shared deck.

Lotus is a four-story, five property complex that is located right next to the slopes with easy ski-in/walk-out and a view of the ski hill. Lotus has a fully equipped kitchen. All linens provided. The Lotus has approximately 1,956 square feet. All Lotus properties have a heated two car garage and heated ski lockers at the street level. Lotus has ski in access to the back of the building and ski out access across the road.
