Evergreen is a duplex property nestled in the trees of the Tamarack Loop area, adjacent to the Home Again Ski Way. Units feature full kitchens, living rooms with flat screen televisions, and either a deck or patio. Ski and equipment storage is provided in the entryway. A covered walkway leads to the hot tub which is shared with the other units in the complex.

The home is part of a four-unit complex and is one of the closest to the base. Boasting 2,700 square feet of living space, the home features four bedrooms – the main bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom on the top level. If the snow is falling or it is warm and sunny, you and your family and friends will have the choice of a variety of activities. Fabulous skiing, hiking, mountain biking, zipline tours, hot tub soaks, and the famous Alpine Slide.

The Hibernation House features affordable rooms with either one queen bed with a set of bunks or two queen beds. High speed Internet access is available 24 hours a day in the lobby and a large screen TV is next to the fireplace. Guests enjoy a full hot breakfast in the winter and an array of cold breakfast items in the summer months. The hot tub is located just off the main lobby area and laundry facilities are easily accessed on the second floor. Winter guests have the luxury of skiing right to the door of the hotel, where they can store their skis in the heated ski room. A ski run leading to the lifts is just a short walk down the driveway in front of the hotel. During the summer season, guests may experience the Alpine Slide, Zip Line, mountain bike riding, and hiking with trails for every level of experience. The charming dining area seats eight at the quaint farmhouse-style table. The main floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and a beautiful island with bar seating for 4 people. A laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed, 48" flat screen TV, stone gas fireplace, a three-quarter bath, and direct access to the deck running along the front of the house. The spacious lower level includes a second living room with a wet bar, stone gas fireplace, lots of seating for viewing the 55" flat screen TV, and a game area with ping-pong table. Other amenities include a large deck with gas grill, a deluxe Sonos high-tech sound system on all levels, central air conditioning, and private outdoor six-person hot tub on the covered porch. Garage parking is provided for one vehicle. A ski-in path comes to the top of the driveway and a short walk accesses a ski path to the Elk Highlands lift.

Mountain House is located in the Winter Lane subdivision near Chair #3 and is a two story duplex with an upper and lower level. Mountain House offers ski-in/walk-out or shuttle out access. Both units at Mountain House have full kitchens, fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. Guests staying at Mountain House also have access to the Sherpa Pool complex which includes two hot tubs and an indoor heated pool.
