Cozy and friendly!

From the minute we checked in, we had good vibes from this place. Front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and an unexpected pleasant surprise. My kids loved the hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby every afternoon; and playing board games in front of the fire in the lobby was a nice afternoon activity. The Fitz lounge upstairs was a great place to watch a football game and have some delicious appetizers and drinks with a nice view of the mountains. Our room was very clean and neat with lots of amenities. All around great place to stay!

Manor Vail

Our accommodations were very nice. A washer/dryer in condo would have been nice. the staff was super helpful and friendly and took great care of us. My only criticism was the layout of the place. You had to go outside and take all different elevators to access your place and it was not the most convenient way to access the facility.

A Wonderful Surprise

We usually stay in Breckenridge but decided to try Vail this year. I didn't know anything about properties in Vail and took a chance on Vail Manor Lodge, as it was an option presented by our (amazing) ski.com advisor, Julie. We were extremely impressed with almost every aspect of this place. The location is amazing--a five minute walk to a centrally located lift (with ski valet service, so we didn't even have to carry our skis:) and a 9 minute walk to Vail Village for fine dining. Our condo was of newer construction, spacious, well laid out and tastefully decorated. It also had a beautiful view of the mountain! The stay included an extremely nice full breakfast each morning and coffee, hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby apres ski. The condo also has an onsite bar restaurant which has pleasant service and good food! In fact, the staff in general were all quite down-to-earth, helpful and friendly. Our only critique is that our unit was a pretty good hike to the front lobby area, if you wanted to walk inside to breakfast or to the lobby. The hike included going up and down steps and through connecting bridge-type halls suggesting that different buildings were constructed at different times. However, that was the ONLY aspect we found to be slightly inconvenient. All else made for a truly enjoyable stay and we would return.

Condo at Manor Vail

The room was very comfortable, and the extra bed was Okay. Being new at the Colorado scene we took until the second day before we started to use the humidifiers, but after that we were not dehydrated while we slept. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the kitchen in our room was equipped well. The staff met our every request.
