It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully outfitted for gourmet cooking. Off the great room to the west is a large deck for relaxing in the western sun with a gas grill.
