Ajax Peak Unit C is a thoughtfully laid out and quality built condominium in a great location directly on a Colorado Avenue south-facing corner as you enter the Historic Landmark District of Telluride. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.
