Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run). It has gorgeous views of the forest and mountains. The massive great room has a large wood-burning fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings, and access to the spacious deck with covered seating and a gas grill. There’s a gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area. There are steam showers in both the master bath and the media room bath. A laundry room, a full office, and a private wireless internet network complete the list of amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle as well as three driveway parking spots.

Located only one block from Telluride’s main street, two blocks to Lift 7 and three blocks to the Gondola, the Columbine Condos make it easy to explore town or get to the slopes in no time. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are all close by. Condominiums include a washer/dryer, private deck, and one covered parking space per unit.

Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows stretching to the ceiling allow the natural mountain light to stream in. There’s plenty of seating for everyone, including a comfy sectional sofa and armchairs. The fireplace faces the sofa and adds the perfect cozy touch to the open room. Relax here with a glass of wine at the end of a long day, host a group game night, or catch up on your favorite TV show.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.
