Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

Smuggler Cabin is located in the Mountain Lodge Resort in Telluride’s Mountain Village. It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. It has huge picture windows with mountain views, large decks, a gas grill, gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat and an open floor plan. Aspen Ridge is a beautiful townhome community located on the slopes of the Telluride Ski Area overlooking the championship golf course. Each of these elegant ski-in/ski-out townhomes feature a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the private deck, ski storage and a private garage. Conveniently located in the Telluride Mountain Village core, Aspen Ridge is just a short walk to all skier services, restaurants, tennis and golf.

Pine Meadows is a contemporary, Western-style 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom town home that sits directly on the Meadows ski run (the beginner’s ski run). Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offering magnificent views of the San Sophia Mountains, Pine Meadows provides an incredible mountain respite. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Mountain Village core, Pine Meadows 138 ticks all the boxes for a world-class Telluride ski vacation—prime ski in ski out location, up-to-date amenities and pedestrian convenience. This property can sleep up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and parking for one vehicle outside the garage.

Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.
