Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and The Sun Valley Lodge and amenities. The Bitterroot 225 home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
