The free shuttle bus stops nearby and provides transportation to the ski lifts, Sun Valley Village and downtown Ketchum.

This open & spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy both winter and summer activities. This one-level home will sleep up to 6 guests and is set on a spacious, private lot. The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with 36 in TV to enjoy. The slider leads to the patio area and large yard to enjoy during the summer months.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Tucked away in a quiet Ketchum neighborhood, you will feel like a local. The Trail Creek condominiums offer great affordability and a great location. Lounge in the colorful living room with the fire and open-concept kitchen or tuck back into the southwest family room with an electric fireplace and big screen streaming-only TV. Gaze out the large windows and you may see a deer, rabbits that live under the deck or a peeking black bear.

The Symphony Cottage is as luxurious as a cottage can be. This house has seven bedrooms with nine beds (three kings, four queens, two doubles) and overlooks beautiful Sun Valley Lake. Soak in the hot tub after a big day on the mountain before curling up by one of the three cozy fireplaces. There is a full kitchen and a spacious sunken living room that comes complete with a wet bar.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.
