The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.

This upstairs corner studio loft/1-bathroom, 470 square-foot condo sleeps 3 and offers comfortable accommodations with moderate furnishings. As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, and streaming, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill. This unit does have an in window air conditioner. The loft sleeping area up a flight of stairs features a queen bed (new mattress May 2021), a 55-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are Mt views from this room.

The Dollar Cottage is spacious and luxurious, with six roomy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, three with a queen bed and two with a twin bed in each. Overlooking the lake, this sprawling residence has a wood-burning fireplace and wet bar in the main living area, a family room, an expansive master suite with connecting bath and a full marble kitchen. Walk outside, and you'll find a Jacuzzi with a view of the lake.

The Edelweiss offers great value at a moderate price. Key features include its nearby location restaurants and ski shops. Located across the street from the Warm Springs Lifts and Lodge. In addition to some of the listed amenities this property also offers its guests underground parking, a full kitchen, a deck, and mountain views.

Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Guests have access to the private garage for one vehicle. Enjoy all the amenities of Lane Ranch such as access to the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and volleyball court. Willow Road 2 is located two miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run Lodge for skiing. Sun Valley Village is about 3.6 miles away.

Its spacious interiors and five suite-style bedrooms can accommodate ten friends or family members in modern comfort. Morning Star Road 715 opens to a beautiful patio with fantastic views. When there’s snow on the ground, entertain indoors in the inviting games room, which features a pool table, ping-pong table and wet bar. A fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a book, while Wi-Fi lets you stay in touch with friends at home. The villa’s bright, roomy interiors are warm and welcoming. A vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams stretches over the great room’s living and dining areas, with sofas around the stone fireplace at one end and a table that seats ten at the other. The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the great room and has state-of-the-art gourmet appliances and a built-in stone pizza oven. Each of the five bedrooms at Morning Star Road 715 has an en-suite bath. There are two bedrooms with king beds that open directly to the terrace, and three bedrooms with queen beds.
